TOC Thinking Process Workshop
18-20 September, Hotel Windsor Manor, Bengaluru

Do you empathize with one or more of the following?

1.  We all face conflicts at almost all the stages in our life.

2.  Since we are unable to find completely satisfactory solutions, we compromise, and are forced to live  with unsatisfactory solutions.

3. We have many UnDesirableEffects (UDEs) in our personal or business domain

4. Often we fail to find the root cause of all these negative side effects

5. We are forced to take action separately symptom by symptom

6. Many of our current problems are the bad side effects of past solutions

The TOC Thinking Process workshop is for those individuals and organizations that would like to use Dr. Eli Goldratt’s Thinking Processes tools and techniques to surface erroneous assumptions, and thereby resolve some very significant issues in their personal or organizational domain without any compromise.

This 3-day workshop will cover the basic tools and techniques of Thinking Processes along with relevant examples and case studies.

• What is an Un-Desirable-Effect (UDE)?

• Do you really want to overcome it?

Day 2: 19th September

• Process of surfacing the assumptions underlying the conflict

• Challenging assumptions surfaced and invalidating these
